Military Ordinariate of Lithuania

This Lithuanian Military Ordinariate is a Military Ordinariate in Lithuania and is responsible for the Lithuanian Armed Forces.

History

The Lithuanian Military Ordinariate cared for members of the Lithuanian Armed Forces Catholic religious affiliation pastoral. It was built by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Christ discipuli on 25 November 2000. After a mutual decision between the Holy See and the Republic of Lithuania is the seat of the Lithuanian Military Ordinariate in Vilnius.
