Mills Mess
The Mills Mess (English for Mills mess, supposedly named after the juggler Steve Mills ) is a juggling pattern that is usually thrown with three balls, but can be juggled technically with any ( even or odd ) number of items. The Mills Mess is sometimes also referred to as Blizzardoder in the English language, due to excitation of its namesake Mills, as Lubman Double ( double Lubman ).
The three- ball pattern based on the fact that a certain ball in the shape of a horizontal is (both from outside to inside ) thrown "eight" and follow the remaining balls from the trajectory of the first ball. In the three- ball variant each ball has its own railway, which he repeatedly persecuted. The trajectories of the individual balls remain firmly associated with a ball without a ball reverses the track with another ball. For example, a ball is thrown to the right side with the left hand and caught on the left side with the right hand and vice versa.
In models with more than three balls still more balls follow each other in the shape of an eight. However, changes the "role" of the individual balls, so that each ball sometimes ahead flies in the flight path and sometimes the / the other ball / balls follows.

Variants
A variant (especially with clubs ) it while juggling to rotate the body back and forth. This makes it possible to throw the three clubs at five positions as columns.
