Milwaukee Chiefs (ice hockey)

The Milwaukee Chiefs were an American ice hockey franchise in the International Hockey League from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

History

The Milwaukee Chiefs were founded in 1952 and thus competed in the International Hockey League. In the first season, the Chiefs won 15 games and lost another 42 With a total of 33 points, the team finished in third place in the standings after the main round of the IHL. The following season 1953/54, also was not successful. The Chiefs placed on the ninth position with 29 points and reached even four less than in the 1952 season / 53rd In the summer of 1954 the club was dissolved.
