Mina Caputo

Mina Caputo ( born December 4, 1973 as Keith Caputo ) was a singer of the rock band Life of Agony, but is also active as a solo musician. As such, they released five studio albums, a live album and a collection of rarities and demos.

In addition, Caputo brought together with the Brazilian band Freax in 2002 their debut album out. The band has existed since 1983.

In 2005 she was involved in Roadrunner United project for the 25th anniversary of the record label Roadrunner Records. You wrote the text and took over the vocals on Tired 'N Lonely, wrote the music Joey Jordison of Slipknot.

Together with Michael Alago Caputo wrote the book "Night Blooming Jasmine Will Never Smell The Same". This is a text collection of poems, short stories, dialogues and observations.

Outing as a transsexual woman

On 15 July 2011, Caputo outed on Twitter as a transsexual woman. Since the coming-out they used on their website female personal pronoun. Caputo has in addition to the name Keith assumed the middle name Mina.
