Minamishimabara, Nagasaki
Minami- Shimabara (Japanese南岛 原 市, -shi) is a city of Nagasaki Prefecture on the Shimabara Peninsula on Kyushu, Japan.
History
It was on 31 March 2006 by merging the municipalities Aria (有家 町, chō ), Fukae (深 江 町, chō ), Futsu (布 津 町, chō ), Kazusa (加 津 佐 町, chō ), Kita Arima (北 有 马 町, chō ), Kuchinotsu (口 之 津 町, chō ), Minami- Arima (南 有 马 町, chō ) and Nishi- Arie (西 有家 町, chō ) of the district of Minami Takaki established. The county stopped to help it survive.
