Carlos Luciano da Silva - known as Mineiro - ( born August 2, 1975 in Porto Alegre ) is a former Brazilian footballer who played in the 2011/12 season for TuS Koblenz in the Regionalliga West. His preferred position is defensive midfield.

Mineiro began his career with the Rio Branco EC in Americana (São Paulo), where he belonged to the senior squad in 1994. In July 1997, he moved to Campinas for Guarani FC, ​​but left the club after just half a year back and played from now on for AA Ponte Preta in the same city.
