Ming Pao

Ming Pao (明报Chinese ) is a Chinese daily newspaper, published by the Ming Pao Group in Hong Kong.

It was founded by Louis Cha (查良镛) and Shen Pao Sing (沉宝新) on 20 May 1959. In 1995 she was sold to the Malay entrepreneurs Tiong Hiew King (张晓卿). In addition to the newspaper in Hong Kong, the Group also publishes four other newspapers in North America: Toronto, Vancouver, New York City and San Francisco.
