Mingshui County

The circle Mingshui (明水县) is a district in the northeast of the People 's Republic of China. He belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city in Suihua, Heilongjiang Province. It has an area of 2308 km ² and has 340,000 inhabitants ( 2004). Its main town is the large village Mingshui (明 水镇).
