Mingulay ( Scottish Gaelic Miughalaigh ) is the second largest island in the Bishop's Islands in the south of the Outer Hebrides, belonging to Scotland. The island is known today mainly because of their large population of seabirds. On the island breed, among other puffins and razorbills. Both species breed on the steep coasts. The population of razorbills is one of the largest of the British Isles.
