Mingyinyo

Mingyinyo (* 1459, † 1530) was a Burmese rulers and is considered the founder of Taungu dynasty that ruled 1510-1752 large parts of present-day Myanmar.

At the end of the dynasty of Ava, after the city was conquered in 1527 by the Shan, many Burmese migrant in the south to Taungu ( Toungoo, Toungupp ), which later became a new center of Burmese rule was. Mingyinyo began merging the Burmese, but it was not until his son Tabinshweti (1530-1550), who took care of the union of Burma.
