Minqing County

Minqing (Chinese闽清 县, Pinyin Minqing xian ) is a district in the western part of the prefecture-level city of Fuzhou in Fujian Province, China. It is located on the lower reaches of the River Min Jiang. Its main town is the large village Meicheng梅 城镇.

It has an area of 1468.8 km ² and has 301 400 inhabitants ( end of 2003).
