Miraikan

The Miraikan (Japanese日本 科学 未来 馆, Nippon Kagaku Miraikan ) is Japan's National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation. It is located in Odaiba district of Tokyo city district Kōtō on an island in the Tokyo Bay.

Exhibits include, among others, a visualization of the data of the Japanese seismograph network, technical studies of robots and cars, but also objects with teaching character, for example, to genetics. Several exhibits there are space, including a chronological picture gallery of all people (and some animals such as Laika ) that have flown in space. Among them is also the Japanese astronaut Mamoru Mōri, the current head of Miraikan. The museum is popular destination Tokyo school classes.
