Miriam Ziegler

Miriam Ziegler ( born March 19, 1994 Oberpullendorf, Burgenland) is an Austrian figure skater.

Biography

The Burgenländerin grew up in Stoob ( District Oberpullendorf ) that lives in Vienna and visited a school there. Ziegler began in 1998 at the age of four years with the figure skating. She is a member of the Vienna Ice Sports Club Engelmann and two times Austrian champion in figure skating (2009 and 2010). In 2008, she won at the Junior World Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria, the 19th Place. Miriam Ziegler took part in the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver in part and was the first Burgenländerin, which was launched at the Winter Olympics.

In the summer of 2010, she had a break after the Olympic season. Since 2011 she again takes part in competitions and was at the Austrian Figure Skating Championship 2012 in Graz third parties.
