Last Minute Baby ( Original Title: Miss Conception ) is a comedy film from 2008 directed by Eric Styles and written by Camilla Leslie. .

Action

The London-based 34 -year-old Georgina Scott puts an end to her boyfriend Zak. She learns that she will be infertile in a few weeks, which is situated on a frequent disease in their family. They then studied a hasty man who would fertilize them. Her friend Clem helps her find and advises them later in the attempts to win the favor of Justin. Meanwhile, Scott is looking on the internet a sperm donor.

Reviews

Carina Chocano wrote in the Los Angeles Times, June 6, 2008, the film suffers from a poor script and uninspired representations. He acts like an "extended sitcom".

Peter Debruge wrote in the journal Variety of 3 June 2008, the film was miscast and poorly designed ( " miscast and miscalculated ") and predictable. He may show the least credible view of pregnancy since Junior with Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Background

The film was shot in London and Northern Ireland, the working title was Buy Borrow Steal. His cost of production was estimated at six million dollars. The world premiere took place at the European Film Market of the 58th Berlin International Film Festival on February 8, 2008. This was followed by performances at the Miami Film Festival in March 2008 and the Belfast Film Festival in April 2008. In the United States a theatrical release took place only in selected cinemas in June 2008 in Los Angeles, the U.S. DVD release was on 5 August 2008. In Germany, the DVD was released on June 11, 2009.
