Miss Earth

Miss Earth is true so far as the third largest beauty pageant in the world after Miss World and Miss Universe. The participants are determined in national competitions such as Miss Earth Miss Earth Germany and Switzerland. The winner is supposed to be an ambassador for climate protection and must therefore make their knowledge through a lecture in English to the test. 2007 even took more female candidates as part of the Miss Universe. He was held in the years 2001 to 2009 in the Philippines. 2010, the competition was first held in Vietnam, but was again held in 2011 in Manila. The competition will be held in Vietnam in 2012 and 2013 in Thailand.

The winner of the competition receives the title Miss Earth. The runners up will receive their title after the other three elements of the four- element theory: Miss Earth Air, Miss Earth Water, Miss Earth Fire.
