Missing Persons (band)

Missing Persons designated an American new-wave band that was founded in 1980. The founding members included guitarist Warren Cuccurullo, Terry Bozzio, and drummer and vocalist Dale Bozzio his wife. A short time later the bassist Patrick O'Hearn and keyboardist Chuck Wild came as reinforcement to do so. The first record, which was financed by Warren Cuccurullos father, took the band in 1982 in UMRK studio of Frank Zappa. The excessive make-up of Dale and her exceptional voice made ​​sure that the band in the early 1980s attracted attention at MTV.

Dale and Terry Bozzio met during their joint work with Frank Zappa and married during this time. Warren Cuccurullo learned both during the recording of Zappa's album Joe's Garage know. Patrick O'Hearn was also a former member of the band to Frank Zappa.
