The Mitsubishi 380 is a Mitsubishi Motors Australia Ltd ( MMAL ) produced passenger car model of the upper middle class. The vehicle was introduced in 2005 is the successor to the Mitsubishi produced since 1985, Magna / Verada models. Like these, it is based on the Japanese Mitsubishi Galant.

The company invested more than 600 million Australian dollars to develop the vehicle and let it go in the Australian Tonsley Park in production.

The Mitsubishi 380 continues the tradition of MMAL to produce sedans with front-wheel drive for the Australian market, competing against rear-wheel drive sedans like the Ford Falcon and Holden Commodore.

In March 2008, the Australian Mitsubishi plant were closed and the production of the 380; Sales of the 380 was sustained disappointing. 2005 16.017 units sold, 2006 13.065 pcs, 2007 or 10,948 pieces.
