Mitsubishi Electric Halle

The Mitsubishi Electric Halle ( formerly Philips Hall ) is a multi-purpose hall for sports events and concerts in Düsseldorf's Oberbilk. It was completed in 1971. Depending on the stage setup and seating it has a capacity of up to 7500 visitors.

It is located next to the People's Garden in the district Oberbilk, about 2.5 km as the crow flies from the city center and can be reached by the Rhine railway lines U74, U77, U79, 715, the S- Bahn lines S1, S6, S7 or the highway A 46

Naming

The namesake of the hall is since 19 April 2011, the electronics company Mitsubishi Electric. Previously, for 40 years, the Dutch Philips group named the hall.
