Geography

Mittelbrunn located on the edge of the Palatinate forest 17 ​​km south-west of Kaiserslautern. The municipality also includes the living spaces means Brunner mill and Mühlbergerhof.

History

Middle Ages

The first written record of the village Mittelbrunn dates back to 1230, when a knight Volmar had the name "by means Burn" adopted after his possessions or his background.
