Mitterlabill is a municipality with 399 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) in the south- east of Styria in the district of Southeastern Styria.
Geography
Mitterlabill located about 25 kilometers southeast of Graz, about 20 kilometers west of the district capital field creek in East Styrian Hill Country.

The municipality comprises the two villages (in brackets population as of 31 October 2011):
- Mitterlabill (234 )
- Unterlabill (181 )
The municipality comprises the cadastral Mitterlabill and Unterlabill.
