The Miyako Airport (Japanese宫 古 空港, Miyako- Kuko ) is a small commercial airport in the city of Miyakojima on the island of Miyako, Japan, Okinawa Prefecture. The airport is located about 4 kilometers northwest from the city center Miyakojimas. From here, there are currently (2009) only domestic routes. The Miyako Airport applies after the Japanese legislation as a third class airport.
