Miyoshi (Aichi)
Miyoshi (Japaneseみよし 市, -shi) is a city in the Japanese prefecture of Aichi.
Geography
Miyoshi is located east of Nagoya and west of Toyota.
History
Today's church was established on July 1, 1906 from the merger of the villages Akegoe (明 越 村, -mura ), Azabu (莇 生 村, -mura ) and the old Miyoshi (三好 村, -mura ) as the new village of Miyoshi. On April 1, 1958, the appointment of chō ( district town ) Miyoshi (三好 町) was performed. On 4 January 2010 the church changed its spelling to Hiragana characters (みよし 町) and was appointed to the shi.
