Mjøndalen IF

Mjøndalen IF is a Norwegian sports club from Mjøndalen. The football team, the Cup Winners' Cup was three times, played several years in Norway's top flight.


Mjøndalen IF founded in August 1910. Quickly established as the most important sport football within the club and in 1918 the team took part in the first cup competition. After several regional championships, the club won its first national title in 1933.
