Mladen Bojinović

Mladen Bojinović ( born January 17, 1977 in Banja Luka / Yugoslavia) is a Serbian handball player. He is 2.02 m tall and weighs 102 kilograms. Bojinović, who plays for French club Paris Saint- Germain HB and accrued for the Serbian national team, can be used in the backcourt flexible, but as a right-handed he feels left back at ease.

Career

Mladen Bojinović began with the Handball Game in his hometown of Banja Luka, before he came into the youth boarding the Serbian clubs Partizan Belgrade tip. After three championships and two cups with Belgrade, he moved in 1999 to Ademar León in the Spanish league ASOBAL, where he was top scorer; so he pulled after only one year to further Bidasoa Irun. Here he was again top scorer, so he 2001 - was committed by the great FC Barcelona - after only one year. There Bojinović won the Spanish Super Cup, although finally a title with the team, looked around the club but also a significantly higher competitive exposed, so he moved to the French series champions Montpellier HB 2002. With Montpellier he won in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, the French Championships, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2012 the French Cup, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 French League Cup and the highlight of the 2003 EHF Champions League. In summer 2012, he joined the League rivals Paris Saint- Germain HB. With Paris in 2013, he won the championship.

Although Bojinović was born in what is now Bosnia - Herzegovina, he took after the dissolution of the former Republic of Yugoslavia at the Serbian- Montenegrin citizenship, since this country took over the most successful handball players.

In the Men's Handball World Championship for Men 1999, he won the bronze medal with Serbia - Montenegro. He stands in the extended squad of Serbian national team for the World Cup 2011; to December 2010, he played 102 matches in which he threw 322 goals.
