Mohammad Hamid Ansari

Mohammad Hamid Ansari ( born April 1, 1937 in Kolkata ) is through election on 10 August 2007 since 11 August, the 13th Vice President of India.

He previously served as Chairman of the Indian National Commission for Minorities (NCM; National Commission for Minorities ), diplomat, Vice Chancellor of the Aligarh Muslim University and is a scientist.
