Mohawk Trail

The Mohawk Trail is a former trade route of the Mohawk Indians, which represented an important link of the various tribes on the Atlanktikküste with the tribes in what is now New York State. The historical path ran along the rivers Millers River and Deerfield River.

Today, the course of the path corresponds approximately to the federal highway Massachusetts Route 2 The road was asphalted after their 1914 first panoramic road in the U.S. and was then the most popular car trails the New England states.
