Moldova at the 2012 Summer Olympics
Moldova took part in London at the 2012 Olympic Games. It was the fifth overall participation in the Olympic Summer Games. The Comitetul National Olimpic al Republicii Moldova nominated 23 athletes in nine sports.
Flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the archer Dan Olaru.
The discus thrower Natalia Artyk did not go after a positive doping test at the start, the nomination of the hammer thrower Marina Marghieva was withdrawn after a positive doping test ( Stanozolol) on 4 August 2012. The B samples were also positive.
