Molnija

Molniya (Russian Молния to German flash), is a former Russian manufacturer of watches and movements from Chelyabinsk. The Chelyabinsk Watch Factory was established with the relocation of the First Moscow Watch Factory in December 1941. Besides manufacturing clocks production after the war was focused on pocket watches. 2008, production was discontinued.

The best-known product is the pocket watch caliber 3602 with 18 stones and Breguet spring, which is also handled by other watch manufacturers. Its further development, the caliber 3603 with shock protection and a flat spiral, on the other hand hardly used.
