Mongabay

Mongabay ( mongabay.com ) is an English-language online magazine. It was founded in 1999 by Rhett A. Butler. About the magazine reported, among others, the newspaper San Francisco Chronicle, Time Magazine and the Wall Street Journal. Originally based the site on a text on tropical rainforests. Meanwhile, we also deal with tropical seas and environmental science topics. There are versions for children and translations in about two dozen languages.
