Monocerotids

The Monocerotiden are a meteor power with a low ZHR of 2 meteors per hour. As the parent comet of this stream of comet P / Mellish is performed.

For activity beginning on 27 November, the radiant is in the constellation of Orion, just east of the star Betelgeuse. Subsequently, the Radiant shifted 1 degree east per day. On the day of the maximum, the radiant is located in the northern area of the constellation Monoceros.
