Montecalvario

Montecalvario is the 4th of the 30 districts ( Quarters ) of the southern Italian port city of Naples. It belongs to the historic center (Centro Storico ) and seen to its socio-economically poorer districts.

Geography and demography

Montecalvario it borders the boroughs of Avvocata, San Giuseppe, San Ferdinando, Chiaia and Vomero.

Montecalvario is 0.75 square kilometers and in 2009 had 22,440 inhabitants.
