Montefalcone Appennino

Monte Appennino ( in the local dialect: Montefargó ) is an Italian municipality with 447 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2012) in the Province of Fermo in the Marche. The community is located approximately 28.5 kilometers southwest of Fermo on the eastern edge of the Monti Sibillini belongs to the Comunità montana dei Sibillini, bordering the provinces of Ascoli Piceno and Macerata.

Traffic

At the southern edge of the municipality runs the earlier Strada Statale 433 della Val d' Aso (now the Provincial Road 238) from Pedaso to Comunanza.
