Montenegro women's national handball team

The Montenegrin women's national handball team represents Montenegro in international tournaments in women's handball. Since 2010, the team of Dragan Adžić is trained.

In qualifying for the 2010 European Championship Montenegro sat in front of Russia through as group winners. In this tournament, the team won in their first European Championship game again against Russia. At the end of Montenegro to place 6. A year later, Montenegro finished 10th at the World Championships. At the 2012 Olympic Games in London, the team won the silver medal. In December 2012, Montenegro won the European Championship. In the final, the Montenegrins with 34:31 translated successfully against the defending Norway.
