Reviews

Although Moonrise Kingdom is clearly influenced by Wes Anderson typical quirky style on which to disturb many critics of his previous films, Moonrise Kingdom has been very well received. Hans -Georg Rodesk explained this in his review in The World from May 17, 2012 so that the bizarreness expressions no longer in the people, but in the narrative.

" To true love: unconditional and full earnest. Wes Anderson told in " Moonrise Kingdom ", the opening film in Cannes, of change -. , And the future of cinema "

" Sadness and humor are always very close to each other in Moonrise Kingdom, the reality of life and the absurdity of the film comedy, set in an exuberant abundance arranged with loving details that you can not get enough. "

" In summary, Moonrise Kingdom is a highlight for the eyes, where you can get enough difficult. Wes Anderson has once again done a complete masterpiece, in which the mixture of writer, equipment, music, and perfectly true figures occupied as otherwise rare. Friends of the oblique humor are sure you enjoy it, everyone else should just times might buy it. "

" A careful and detailed equipped, scoring with precisely matched color compositions mix of drama, comedy, children's film and love story. It brings together a bizarre personnel to tell about the light-heartedness of childhood, but also of dysfunctional families, with allusions to the American cultural history, laconic dialogues and witty observations make the movie a pleasure. "

" Weird characters, idiosyncratic images and whimsical first love - Anderson's first live-action film in five years does not even try to belong to the mainstream. Some may perceive as self-indulgent and too contrived. But who gets involved with this particular world, is experiencing a movie that was for me the most beautiful of 2012. "
