Moritz Benedikt
Moriz Benedikt (also Moritz Benedikt, born July 4, 1835 in Eisenstadt, † April 14, 1920 in Vienna ) was an Austrian neurologist of Jewish descent. He was a professor of neurology at the University of Vienna. Benedict worked during the Second Italian War of Independence (1859 ) and the Austro-Prussian War as a physicist with the Austrian military together.
Benedict was a specialist in the electrotherapy, neuropathology field, according to him, the Benedict 's syndrome was named.
He also explored with the divining postulated by him " pathogenic places " which he was a pioneer of dowsing designated by Gustav Freiherr von Pohl.
