Morning Glory (1933 film)

Dawn of Glory (Original Title: Morning Glory ) is an American film drama from 1933 with Katharine Hepburn. The screenplay is based on a play by Zoe Akins.

Action

The ambitious actress Eva Lovelace comes from Vermont to New York to get a role on Broadway. She learns at the producer Louis Easton actor Robert Harley Hedges know. She is impressed by his British accent and his eyes and ask him to instruct them in rhetoric. While Eva and Robert talk to Easton and the author Joseph Sheridan talk about the cast of Sheridan's new comedy " Blue Skies ". Criticism

The Variety was that the film was not the happiest choice for Katherine Hepburn been. But it would be a strong representation.

Even Channel 4 showed restrained. Although Hepburn was charming, and they get major support from Fairbanks Jr. and Menjou, but the story is not unusual.
