Morning Star (British newspaper)

The Morning Star is a British left-wing daily newspaper with a circulation 13000-14000 copies.

The newspaper was founded in 1930 from the party newspaper of the Communist Party of Great Britain ( Daily Worker ) out. In 1945 she was taken over by an independent reader Association (People's Press Printing Society). In 1966 it was renamed the Morning Star.

She sees herself as "the only socialist daily newspaper of Britain " ( "Britain's only socialist daily" ).
