Morokulien

Morokulien is the name of a six-acre site on both sides of the state border of Sweden and Norway, about 111 kilometers east of Oslo and 427 kilometers west of Stockholm. The site belongs to the one side to the Norwegian community Eidskog in the province (county ) Hedmark and on the other side to the Swedish municipality of Eda in the province (length ) Värmland. In 1914, a granite monument was erected to mark the 100 -year-old peace between the two countries, which symbolizes their unity and friendship.
