Morris Trachsler

Trachsler Morris ( born July 15, 1984 in Zurich ) is a Swiss ice hockey player standing since 2012 with the ZSC Lions in the National League A under contract.

Career

Trachsler Morris began his career as a hockey player with the ZSC Lions, for by 2005 he was active in the National League A in 2003, after he had played in the National League B for their farm team GCK Lions since 2001. In the ZSC Lions, he could not prevail finally, so that he moved to the league rivals Genève -Servette HC of the season 2005/ 06. There, he won a regular place in the NLA team and was as a player of the Geneva to A-National player. Trachsler has the high school and studied psychology at the University of Geneva. In December 2011, he signed a three-year contract with effect from the 2012/13 season with the ZSC Lions.

Internationally

For Switzerland Trachsler took part in the U20 World Youth Championship in 2004, as well as the World Championships in 2010 and 2011 in part.

At the World Championships in 2013 in Stockholm and Helsinki, he was again part of the national team and won the silver medal with this.
