Morrisville is a borough in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. The community is named after the merchant and banker Robert Morris, who co-financed the American Revolutionary War, among others.

Morrisville is located on the Delaware River directly across from Trenton, the capital of New Jersey. The population in 2000 was 10,023.


According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of ​​5.1 km ², 0.5 km ² of which are water surfaces.


1955 won the Little League baseball team from the Morrisville Little League Baseball World Series. It is one of four teams from Pennsylvania, that could win this title.
