Muscat (Greek Μοσχάτο (n. sg. ) ) Is a suburb in the south of the Greek capital Athens. The independent municipality from 1943-2010 was joined by the administrative reform in 2010 with the neighboring community to Tavros Tavros - Muscat. It is part of the metropolitan area of ​​Athens - Piraeus and is one of the southern or south-western suburbs of the Greek capital.

Location

The area of Muscat is situated on the northern coast of the Saronic Gulf between Kallithea and Paleo Faliro Piraeus to the east and the west. History
