Moscow Octod Tower

The Oktod transmission tower is a 258 m high radio tower of the Russian telecommunications company Oktod for VHF, FM and TV. It was built from 2004 to 2006 in steel truss design and is available in the Moscow district northwest. The not accessible to the public tower has an unusual octagonal cross-section. The lowest parts of the Oktod transmission tower were using a crane, the top mounted with the help of a helicopter.
