Motorsports Hall of Fame of America

The Motorsports Hall of Fame of America is a hall of fame and museum in Novi, Michigan, for persons from the world of motorsport.

Be inducted into the Hall of Fame people who have rendered outstanding services to the motorsport as a driver, developers, mechanics, marketers or supporters. Can be taken only by persons who are either retired from active sport at least three years, or for at least 20 years of age are active in their respective sports at a high level.

A panel of people, historians, journalists, and no longer active athletes already recorded decides on the admission. The honorees will receive the " Horse Power" Award on Wednesday before the NASCAR race at the Michigan International Speedway.
