Moufida Tlatli
Moufida Tlatli (* 1946 in Tunis ) is a Tunisian film director.
Life
Moufida Tlatli received in the years 1966 and 1968, film training at IDHEC in Paris. She then returned to Tunis, but also worked in Paris as an editor on. She also participated in many Tunisian films. Together with Férid Boughedir and Nacer Khemir Moufida Tlatli one of the major Tunisian filmmakers. Her debut film The Silence of the Palace (Arabic: al Qusur velvet, French: Les silences du palais ), and rivals are their most famous films.
In 1994 she was awarded for " Les silences du palais " at the Carthage Film Festival.
After the revolution in Tunisia 2010/2011 she joined in January 2011 as Kuturministerin in the transitional government of Mohamed Ghannouchi one.
