Mounir Fatmi

Mounir Fatmi (born 1970 in Tangier ) is a Moroccan artist who lives and works in Paris. Until 1991, he studied in Rome and until 1998 at the Art Academy in Casablanca.

Biography

Mounir Fatmi work designed to meet the new possibilities, other worlds and cultures, explore, and produce stacked layers instead of associations. His videos, installations, illustrations and language games refer to current events and make our disunity, our doubts and desires visible.
