The stratovolcano Mount Cleveland on Chuginadak Iceland is the largest volcano on the Islands of Four Mountains, which are part of the island chain of the Aleutian Islands. It is located in the western part of the uninhabited Eilands, 13 kilometers from the neighboring volcanic island of Mount Tana. With its highly symmetrical form it corresponds to the held for classic image of a volcano.

The natives worshiped him as the god of fire. He is one of the most active volcanoes in the chain. On its flanks numerous lava flows are visible.

1944 to an outbreak killed one soldier on the island. He is the only known victim of the Aleutian volcanoes.

Recent eruptions of the volcano were characterized by short - ash eruptions and at times accompanied by lava fountains and flows. Small eruptions took place in November 2012 and May 2013.
