Minya Konka (also: Minya Konka, Kham - Tibetan Mi'nyâg Gong'ga Riwo ) is a mountain in the Daxue Shan range in Sichuan in the People's Republic of China and the easternmost seven thousand of the world.

1930 was the explorer Joseph Rock to a first measurement of the height of the mountain with 9,220 meters at the National Geographic Society and telegraphed the mountain as highest in the world. The company, however, was skeptical and reduced after a review, the height 7.803 meters.

The Swiss cartographer Eduard Imhof corrected by an expedition in 1930 to 7,590 meters. He was the third highest mountain on Earth outside the Himalayan and Karakoram chains. 1932 confirmed a U.S. research team the specification. He managed the first ascent of the mountain.
