The Mariveles is a volcano on the Philippine island of Luzon in the province of Bataan. He is the Tarak Ridge and together with the mountain Natib most of the Bataan Peninsula, which is the southernmost part of the Zambales Mountains.

From historical times, no outbreaks of 1,388 meter high stratovolcano are known. Investigations by 14C measurements have dated the last outbreak of Mariveles to the year 2050 BC. The mountain has a base diameter of about 22 kilometers. In the summit area of ​​Mariveles has a caldera with a diameter of about 4 kilometers. At Mariveles heights are several thermal springs: Tiis Spring, Spring and Saysain Pucot Spring.

The volcano is classified by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology as " potentially active".
