Mount Scott (Klamath County, Oregon)

Mount Scott is a stratovolcano in the U.S. state of Oregon. It is part of the Cascade Range and is just four kilometers east of Crater Lake. Mount Scott is the highest point in Crater Lake National Park and has a saddle height of 917 meters. At the summit there is a forest fire watch tower. This is at the end of a path that leads to the mountain over the short distance of about 500 meters. The volcano was named after the city Scottsburg, or its founder Levi Scott named.
