Mousse

Mousse (which, from French la mousse - " foam " ) are dishes called frothy, cream -like consistency, so especially desserts such as chocolate mousse, but also appetizers from pureed meat ( poultry, game or fish), by admixture get a frothy, smooth melting consistency of jelly or whipped cream, whipping and cooling.
